A former Economist at the University of Leeds, UK - Paul has extensive experience in researching and implementing practical online programs to aid small business growth and development. This expertise is now being applied to myweb refresh to ensure that all types of businesses have the opportunity to benefit from the advantages of effective web site development and design. |
